Teefs.

I'm worried that I might have a cavity...or maybe just a pre-cavity, if that's possible.

I got one of those little mouth mirrors on a stick (it even has a fancy light so you can see all the dark, scary places) like they use at the dentist. Last night I thought it would be cool to see the back of my teeth, so naturally I looked. And there are all these dark lines in my tooth crevices. And one very nasty looking spot on my back molar.

Images_2 Agh! I'm scared! What if my tooth falls out while I'm asleep and I choke on it, with no one here to revive me!?!?

Why do I have scuzzy teeth? I brush. I floss (albeit irregularly). I don't even have any toothy pain (okay...sometimes if I eat too many turkish delights they get a bit hurty on that side, but still).

So...next week I'm going to head by the University's dental clinic to get an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I hear it's only £25 and check into the cost of fillings if needed.

You're...turning into a...BRIT!

haha! i was thinking the same thing as jared.

i purchased one of those fancy light-up mirror-on-a-stick-thingies just before i had my wisdom teeth pulled...i just had to know what they looked like, and then later i was able to examine the creepy holes in my mouth. such a wise investment, that little mirror.

it's all the tea with sugar and milk. and the biscuits...oh the hobnobs and digestives and ginger nuts and bourbon creams!
